Our literature for retail customers (home, motor fleet and flats insurance) has been revised inline with FSA regulation. This includes the addition of the key facts logo on our summary of covers.
Our commercial literature is also FSA compliant - we have included the relevant details in either a notice to policyholder or the policy documentation.
